PLACING AN ORDER
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal.
Contact us if you would like to pay via bank transfer, we no longer accept checks/cheques.
Processing your order
We ship your order in 3-5 working days - you will receive confirmation and a tracking number. All deliveries require a signature. If your order is not in stock we will notify you immediately with a new lead time, so you can cancel if you’d rather not wait.
Special orders / commissions
Special order items have a longer lead time, shown on the product page and your order confirmation, and these cannot be returned as they are made for you. Contact us if you have any questions, we are happy to help.
You have the choice to cancel within 7 days of placing an order. Special orders can be cancelled within 2 working days. Please notify us by email with ‘Cancellation’ and your order number as the subject, to email@example.com
Shipping to the USA
Shipping from our Brooklyn studio to New York and New Jersey incurs sales tax, added automatically at checkout.
Shipping to the EU
Shipping to the European Union incurs local VAT, added automatically at checkout. We cover any additional import duties and taxes.
Our packaging is 100% recycled.
Our siamese cats Mica and Solo do not come into contact with any products or packaging so you need not be concerned if you have allergies.

We want you to be happy with your purchase! We offer a refund guarantee, only asking that you return your purchase to us within 21 working days of receipt in its original condition and packaging.
Returning an order
Send us an email within 7 days of receiving your order, with ‘Order Return’ and your order number as the subject and we will issue a shipping label and returns code. Return the item within 21 days of receiving your order. it will be checked and if in a sellable condition we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt - contact us after that if you have not received confirmation of your refund. When we receive the returned item it will be carefully checked and if found to be in a sellable condition we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt. Contact us after 14 days if you have not received confirmation of your refund.
Special order and commissions cannot be returned as these are made for you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returning a gift
We are always happy to exchange a gift or issue a gift code. A refund can only be made to the credit/debit/PayPal account with which it was purchased.
We check and pack every item carefully to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of your receiving a damaged item, please contact us by email within 48 hours.
