We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal. We can no longer accept cheques/checks.
Shipping within the EU
Our website prices include VAT. Your choice of shipping is selected at checkout and deliveries require a signature.
Shipping worldwide
Our prices do not include VAT and currently include any import duties at point of entry so you can be sure you have no more to pay. Your choice of shipping is selected at checkout and deliveries require a signature.
Processing your order
We aim to despatch your order within 3-5 working days when you will receive email confirmation and a tracking number. Special orders may have a longer lead time, shown on the product page. If your order is no longer in stock we will notify you by email with a new despatch date and you have the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.
Order cancellation
You may cancel your order before despatch, within 2 business days of placing an order, or 24 hours for special orders. Notify us by email with ‘Cancellation’ and your order number as the subject:

Special orders / commissions
Your order confirmation will identify special order items, which may have a longer lead time as shown on the product page and your order confirmation. Special orders cannot be returned as these are made for you. This does not affect your statutory rights. Contact us before placing a special order if you have any questions and we will be happy to help.
Packaging
Our sustainable packaging is 100% recycled or recyclable.
Allergies
Our studio siamese cats Mica and Solo do not come into contact with any products or packaging, so you need not be concerned if you have allergies.

RETURNS
Returning an item
We hope you are thrilled with your purchase! However, if you’ve changed your mind return the item within 21 days of receiving it for exchange or a full refund. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. We recommend using a ‘signed for’ or tracked courier service to ensure your item arrives. Enclose the Delivery Confirmation that came in the package, and send to:

We will process your refund within 5 working days of receiving your return and you will receive an email to confirm your refund to the original payment method. Contact us after 10 working days if you have not received a refund confirmation.
Returning a gift
We are happy to exchange a gift or issue a Whitebeam Studio giftcard/giftcode. A refund can only be made to the credit/debit/PayPal account with which it was purchased.
Special orders | commissions

Damaged goods
We check and pack every item meticulously to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving it and attach a photograph so we can see what happened.
