Acceptance of terms
By using whitebeamstudio.com you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
These terms & conditions tell you the terms & conditions on which we supply any of our products to you. Please read them carefully and make sure you understand them before ordering any products from our site. Please understand that if you refuse to accept these terms & conditions, you will not be able to order any products from our site. Whitebeam Studio Ltd reserves the right to update its terms and conditions from time to time.
Pricing and Availability
Our prices are shown in GBP, EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, JPY, please note you are responsible for complying with local tax laws. Whitebeam Studio Ltd reserves the right to change product prices and information without prior notice.
Whitebeam Studio Ltd is VAT registered and prices on whitebeamstudio.com are inclusive of VAT for orders within the European Union. Please notify us if you are within the EU and require a VAT receipt. VAT is not charged on orders from the rest of the world but the price paid for the products is the same.
All products are subject to availability. If a product is shown as temporarily out of stock please email us on orders@whitebeamstudio.com and we will notify you as soon as it’s back online. Alternatively check back on our website.

Payment
Whitebeamstudio.com uses Shopify to power its website and process payments. This secure merchant is independent and will never disclose your payment details to us. We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.
Your contract with us
Having placed an order you will receive an e-mail from whitebeamstudio.com acknowledging your payment. Please note this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm acceptance by sending an e-mail stating that your payment has been processed and your products have been despatched [‘shipping confirmation’]. The contract between us [‘contract’] will only be formed when we send you the shipping confirmation.
The contract will relate only to those products whose despatch we have confirmed in the shipping confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other products which may have been part of your order until the despatch of such products has been confirmed in a separate shipping confirmation.
Product information
Whitebeam Studio Ltd makes every effort to ensure photographs, dimensions and product descriptions represent our products as accurately as possible. There may be a slight variation in appearance and colours of the actual products due to the production process and/or color variations on different devices.
Delivery
Whitebeam Studio Ltd aims to despatch orders within 3-5 working days. If products do not fit through a standard letterbox it is likely that if you are not in to receive the items in person the carrier will leave a card showing how to rearrange delivery. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or during busy times like Christmas, deliveries may take a little longer. If you have not received your delivery within 10 working days, please contact us at orders@whitebeamstudio.com
Risk & ownership
The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Legal ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the sale of the products including delivery charges. Legal ownership of the products will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.
Refund policy
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase please notify us at orders@whitebeamstudio.com. You must return your unwanted products for a refund within 21 working days from the day you receive them. Products, including their original packaging, must be returned ‘as new’ and in a sellable condition. For all returns and refunds please obtain a proof of postage certificate from your post office or courier as we cannot refund products damaged or lost in transit. We will examine the returned product and notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 21 days from the day we confirmed via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of the products in full. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return postage. We will refund the cost received from you using the same method originally used to pay for your purchase. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged products
Each one of our products is thoroughly checked before it is despatched but if, in the unlikely event that you do receive faulty products please contact orders@whitebeamstudio.com within 48 hours of signing for receipt of your delivery, attaching a photograph of the damaged product and letting us know whether you would like an exchange or a refund. We recommend that you inspect your products as soon as they arrive. It is important when returning products that you obtain a proof of postage as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
If you requested a refund we will examine the returned product and notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days from the date we confirmed via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of a defective product in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
If you requested an exchange, we will examine the returned product and notify you of your exchange via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually dispatch the exchange to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 10 days from the date we confirmed via e-mail that you were entitled to an exchange. We will refund any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
We will refund the cost received from you using the same method originally used to pay for your purchase. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
Whitebeam Studio gift codes
Gift codes can be only used in payment for products sold by Whitebeam Studio Ltd and are only valid with their unique code. They cannot be refunded for cash. They can be used towards the purchase of goods at a higher price than their value on payment of the difference.

Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an e-mail is sent or immediately it is posted on our website. In proving the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove that any such e-mail was sent to the specified e-mail address of the addressee.
Consumer rights
As a consumer you may cancel a contract at any time within 7 working days, beginning on the day you receive the products. To cancel a contract, you must inform us by email. You must also arrange to have the products delivered to us as soon as reasonably practicable ‘as new’, packaged in a saleable condition, at your own cost. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
Entire Agreement
We intend to rely upon these terms & conditions and any document expressly referred to in them in relation to the subject matter of any contract. While we accept responsibility for statements and representations made by our authorised agents, please make sure you ask for any variations from these terms & conditions to be confirmed in writing.
Severability
If any of these terms & conditions or any provisions of a contract are determined by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Law & jurisdiction
Contracts for the purchase of products through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation [including non-contractual disputes or claims] will be governed by English law.
